- Ketamine given under a intermittent treatment regimen; can produce trance states and psychedelic experiences
- Patients refrain from stimulants on the day of treatment
- Can stay on antidepressant regimen while undergoing Ketamine treatment; they have different mechanisms of action
- Ketamine experiences catalogued in Dr. Wolfson's book, the Ketamine Papers; diverse experiences had on Ketamine
- Wolfson's psychedelic toolkit: psilocybin, MDMA, Ketamine, Ayahuasca
- LSD trips last too long
- Toxicity profile of Ketamine: main concerning side effect is hypertension. Very little other than nausea, hypertension, people growing agitated. Day-after effects are minimal, fast recovery.
- Bladder toxicity – 1 out of 200 in clinical practice have bladder issues
- Most irreversible damage occurs only at high (street) doses
