January 2018 update

In January, we continued work on theoretical considerations underlying the project. We expect to complete this work by the end of February.

We did some roadmapping exercises in January, and now have a good sense of what work to prioritize when.

There was no forward movement in our discussions with the Drug Policy Alliance. While we remain excited to work with DPA, we are deprioritizing further efforts to establish a collaboration.

Also in January, we published a best-guess cost-effectiveness analysis for a California ballot initiative that increases access to psychedelic drugs. Details here.

Looking forward, in February 2018 we plan to:

• Complete our theoretical work
• Begin reaching out to potential funders
• More granularly map out plans for 2018, 2019, and 2020
